Meet Our Team

Kimberly L. Sapp

Kimberly L. Sapp is an attorney and a licensed title agent in the State of Florida.   She obtained her BA in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida.   Kim has represented buyers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of real property, from residential closings to complex commercial transactions.  Her 28 years of experience in the legal field as well as her practical knowledge as a businesswoman place her in a unique position to assist her customers in achieving their goals.

Kim is a native of Florida and moved to Lake Placid in 1996.  Kim is married to her husband, Greg, and they have three children who are all pursuing their dreams.  She enjoys all things Florida, spending free time traveling, fishing, snorkeling…. anything outside.

Angel Behrman

Angel Behrman brings an extensive background in real estate closings. Angel has worked in the real estate and title insurance industry for over 20 years. With 21 years spent working with a local real estate attorney before opening her own title company with Kimberly Sapp in 2022. Angel calls Lake Placid home as she has lived in Highlands County since 1989.
